I love stories with a mountain setting, the cover is lovely and the synopsis has intrigued me. Her Mountain Refuge is a must read for me and I am looking forward to it, Thank you for sharing your bio and book details and for offering a giveaway

I love the interesting element of a controlling mother-in-law. I am wondering if she is that way because of losing her son, or use it just her nature?

Elizabeth Tremaine definitely throws some twists and turns into this story! That’s such a great question–I think the answer is both. Her nature is controlling, but the loss of her son intensified her need to control–especially when it came to her soon-to-be-born grandson. I think that happens a lot–when people are under pressure their faults or virtues really show. Like my grandma used to say–when the cup gets bumped whatever’s inside is what sloshes out! 🙂
