Sounds like the kids are being cloned- the technology is indeed possible, though human cloning may results in mental defects or shorter life span due to body cells degeneration; very grim indeed.

Do you have any advice for new writers?
My advice is to enjoy the process of writing. It truly is the most fun part of the adventure. If you are new to writing, you may want to invest some time in understanding the self-publishing process. Most of us choose to go that route. If you truly are called to be a writer, you will probably be authoring at least a few books. Knowing how to maneuver the steps of self-publishing will benefit you greatly. (Hope that helps!)
